Offer of service camp security procedures

OOS members are required to arrive on Friday. After their arrival, they will not be allowed to leave camp until Sunday after camp closing. If you are required to leave during camp, or are arrival on anyday other than Friday please contact Sully Pfennig, Security Coorindator at sully@wildernesschallenge.ca with your reason and arrival and departure times, to ensure special arrangements are made.

cub subcamp security procedures

Cub groups are required to arrive Saturday morning. Vehicles are to be parked only in designated areas. Vehicles will not be allowed near camping areas, and all equipment will be transported directly to your campsite for your convenience by Wilderness Challenge staff.

scout subcamp security procedures

Scout groups are required to arrive Friday evening. No vehicles will be allowed to leave during the day on Saturday. Vehicles are to be parked only in designated areas. You are not allowed to drive into the camping areas. You are to follow the direction of staff for unloading. Transportation of your group equipment only, will be provided. If you require special arrangements for arrival or departure times, please contact Sully Pfennig, Security Coordinator at sully@wildernesschallenge.ca.
