Offer of service camp security procedures

OOS members are required to arrive on Friday. After their arrival, they will not be allowed to leave camp until Sunday after camp closing. If you are required to leave during camp, or are arrival on anyday other than Friday please contact Sully Pfennig, Security Coorindator at sully@wildernesschallenge.ca with your reason and arrival and departure times, to ensure special arrangements are made.

cub subcamp security procedures

Cub groups are required to arrive either Friday night or Saturday. Vehicles are to be parked only in designated areas, and not left in unloading areas designated by staff. Vehicles are allowed to unload in areas that are close to campsites for convienence. You are to follow the direction of staff for unloading. Transportation of your group equipment may be provided.

scout subcamp security procedures

Scout groups are required to arrive Friday evening. No vehicles will be allowed to leave during the day on Saturday. Vehicles are to be parked only in designated areas. You are not allowed to drive into the camping areas. You are to follow the direction of staff for unloading. Transportation of your group equipment only, will be provided.
